Deluxe Gift Bag and Registration Packet
Our gift bag and registration packet is filled to the brim with goodies, gifts, coupons and discounts exclusively for our event registrants. Also included is a full color event program, which can serve as the event yearbook. Like all aspects of the ZNE ConvenZioNE event, the gift bag alone will provide you with memories for years to come.
ConvenZioNE Libro Di Arte
The package of benefits associated with the official ZNE ConvenZioNE 2009 program/yearbook, is extensive. Libro Di Arte ("The Art Book") will be a perfect bound full color full size art book, and every registrant of the event will receive a copy for free. The book will include complete event information and details, special coupons and offers, room for autographs from both ZNE ConvenZioNE workshop instructors and VIPs - as well as your fellow event attendees!
Best of all, every ZNE ConvenZioNE 2009 registration who registers on or before January 1, 2009 - will have the opportunity to submit a 1"x1" (inchie!) piece of artwork, along with their name and email address (if desired) to be published in the book!
Finally, event registrants who wish to purchase an ad-spot in Libro Di Arte will receive a significant discount over non event registrants. Stay tuned for more wonderful news and information on the 2009 event Libro Di Arte!
Free binding, covers, and delivery of the ZNE Zaftig chunky book.
ZNE will happily host a chunky book swap for registrants of the ZNE ConvenZioNE 2009. Carrying on the tradition we are starting in 2008, every participant (Zaftig Book participation is optional) is asked to send in 30 pages by the 2009 due date, and they will receive a 25 page book in return, in their registration packet. All additional books created will be sold/auctioned during the 2009 event, to benefit Bernie Berlin's A Place to Bark. Click on the banner above, to learn more about the ZNE Zaftig book project!
Free Admission Ticket to the ZNE ConvenZioNE Opening Night Show
Registration for our event will occur on Wednesday April 29, 2009. During the day we will feature a special gallery show and book signings in downtown Pleasanton. Dinner is on your own, and then join us for registration from 5- 7 p.m., and a special show from 7 - 9 p.m. with live entertainment and wonderful information. Dessert will also be offered gratis, in the lobby!

Gift Certificate to American Harvest
One stop along the way during Bella Galleria is the renowned store, American Harvest. Every registrant of ZNE ConvenZioNE will receive a $5 gift certificate to spend on any item/s in the store, of their choosing.
American Harvest, owned and operated by Sharon and Rodger Mattern, is a unique venue for folk art, cottage-style decor, and vintage treasures.They carry vintage and new whimsical art supplies and trinkets, as well as original creations and designs from many artists including ZNE ConvenZioNE 2009 instructors Anna Corba, Christy Meyers, Michelle Legler and more.
Workshop Registration at Extraordinary Pricing
Our 2009 Teaching Team is made up of over 30 of the most extraordinary contemporary artists in the world today. (Click on the Teaching Team text above to see our instructor line up) Whether you prefer mixed media abstracts, collage, altered art, art dolls, jewelry, assemblage, or high end scrap booking, there is something for everyone among our offerings.
ZNE ConvenZioNE registratants can choose anywhere from one to eight different classes spread out over 4 days. Because class registration is considered a benefit of ZNE ConvenZioNE registration, both the instructors and ZNE have worked together to provide invaluable and extremely affordable learning experiences. Many of the workshops offered are sans materials fees, and no class includes a materials fee higher than $25. Best yet, our workshop registration fees are as follows:
Half day class: $15
Full day class: $25
Two Days of Lunches
A scrumptious lunch will be provided on both Thursday April 30 and Friday May 1, for all attendees. Prepared by the acclaimed Ovations Catering, all of our meals promise to be wonderful opportunities to meet and greet one another as well as all the instructors, and enjoy a delicious meal!

All event registrants are invited to join all of our incredible instructors, as well as other VIP guests AND Michele Beschan of HGTV's Be Original / Courage to Create television shows - for a wonderful dinner and event full of special suprises. We will have party favors, door prizes, and a meal to be remembered.
ZNE ConvenZioNE does not charge registrants extra for group meal/s. They are included with the cost of registration. We consider the presence of all of our registered guests, event instructors and VIPs at a celebratory and fun evening event -as a benefit for us all.

VIP Admission and Discount at Art Paperie and Pleasantries Vendor Faire
All ZNE ConvenZioNE registrants will recieve admission to the Art Paperie and Pleasantries vendor fair (featuring over 200 hand selected artists and craftspersons!) one hour prior to its opening to the public, on both Saturday and Sunday May 2 and May 3, and all vendors will discount their items a minimum of 10% just for you - during that hour!
Regalo Per Me - One FREE Session - and discount on the rest!
All ZNE ConvenZioNE Registered Attendees can take one Regalo Per Me session, absolutely free, and any others they want to schedule, will be discounted. Regalo Per Me are our Make and Takes sessions, and they are offered on the hour, noon - 4:00 p.m., on both Saturday and Sunday.

Group Dinner on May 2
Another wonderful meal will be waiting for our entire group on Saturday night, as well as industry media professionals who will be joining us for the Partito Di Mezzi event directly afterwards.
VIP Admission to the Partito Di Mezzi Media Roundtable
Partito Di Mezzi is a once in a lifetime event. Sit down with prestigous top arts and craft media industry editors, publishers and producers. Learn directly from the source, how and what magazine and book editors look for in article and art submissions for publication, and learn how to catch the attention of craft show television segment producers, by making a successful pitch.
While this event is open to the public for a ticket cost of $50 per person, ZNE ConvenZioNE registrants will be admitted for free, and only ConvenZioNE registrants will be able to submit questions before hand, as well as submit original artworks for review and feedback by these industry experts!
VIP Treatment at Bella Galleria Event
ZNE ConvenZioNE's 2009 Bella Galleria event takes place on Sunday afternoon, following the Art, Paperie and Pleasantries event. The boutiques and galleries of historic Downtown Pleasanton will be waiting to welcome ConvenZioNE attendees, with special receptions, coupons, gifts, and more! In 2009, every registrant will receive a special map with directions to each participating store. You will have the opportunity to see fellow member and instructor artwork in gallery settings, and there will be special book signings by event instructors, as well as wonderful snacks and surprises in every store and stop along the way, during this wonderful portion of the event. Every registrant of ZNE ConvenZioNE will be treated like royalty, when Pleasanton rolls out the red carpet for our event participants!
Special discounts and preference on...
ZNE ConvenZioNE 2009 registrants receive preference for receiving an invitation to vend at the Art Paperie & Pleasantries Vendor event, and they will receive a $25 discount on their booth fees.
In addition, if registered attendees of the event would like to purchase an advertisement in the Libro Di Arte book, or on the www.ZNEcon.com sponsorship page, they will receive preferred placement and a 10% discount on advertising fees.
Finally, all ConvenZioNE 2009 registrants will receive a $25 "Alumni Discount" on the 2010 registration fee!

Pleasanton, the Livermore Valley, and the Tri Valley areas have much to offer the visitor in the way of both exhilarating, and relaxing entertainment. Whether you are interested in wine tasting at one or more of the incredible Livermore Valley wineries, a spa day at a local spa, or horseback riding at a nearby ranch, all of these sidetrips and more will be planned and offered to ZNE ConvenZioNE attendees at discounted groups rates, in the event that you would to experience local sightseeing and activities. Our excursion opportunities will be posted on or before January 1, 2009, allowing everyone plenty of time to figure out what their schedule looks like, and when they might be able to fit in such a side trip.
