M ano Amica means "helping hand" in Italian

 

 

 

The ZNE Mano Amica Program is a scholarship program that underwrites 60% of the cost of ConvenZioNE registration.
 
For 2009, the combined registration and class fee is $600. Recipients of the ZNE Mano Amica grant will be able to register in full for $240. This amount is inclusive of all activities, group meals, etc.  This amount does NOT include class fees.  At the time you are accepted into the program, you may register for classes.  Class fees are $25 for full day classes and $15 for half day classes.  These fees will not be further discounted.
 
Further, Mano Amica recipients may elect to make two payments, a $120 payment at the time of being accepted into the program, and a $120 payment on or before two weeks prior to the event.
 
Applications indicating need are handled on an honor system basis  - please do not apply for a scholarship if there is any way you can afford the full price of this event.  Mano Amica is not meant to provide a convenient discount. It is for individuals who could not attend without the fee reduction.   Thank you for your understanding.

Mano Amico can NOT be utilized to recieve a partial refund if you have already registered for the event.

 

These scholarships are meant the lesson the burdon of the expense of the event for those who could not attend at the full cost.

 

Understand that your first payment will be due immediately upon acceptance into the program.

 

Please DO NOT APPLY for a scholarship if you will not be able to manage the associated (travel, incendentals, non-group meals) expenses of the event.

 

There are a limited number of Mano Amica Scholarships available, and they will be given out first come, first served.
