How does this work?
If you have a groud of friends, or are a member of a formal group or club, and there are 5 or more of you who register for ZNE ConvenZioNE - your group can receive the following benefits:
A registration fee refund which will be distributed evenly among your group members (amount of refund prior to distribution, shown above), plus additional benefits for larger group enrollments.
Note that for every 10 registrants in your group, you will be credited one additional free registration if you would like.
NOTE: You MUST register your group below, in order to be considered for group benefits.
Your group member registrations MUST come in AFTER the date your group registers (below) to count towards benefits. (IE, we can not retroactively assign registrants toward your "group" enrollment numbers).
It is in your best interest to register your group right away!
Group Registration FAQ:
Am I committed to bringing a certain number of group registrants to the event when I sign up my group?
No, signing up does not commit you or your group to anything at all. It simply registers your group name (either your formal group name, affiliation, or one that you and your friends make up!) so that we can keep track of how many of your group members register, and distribute your benefits when you reach 5+ group member registrations!
Does my group all have to come from one geographic location?
No! In addition to formal groups (such as art guild members, church groups, meet-ups, etc.), your group can be comprised of friends, family, fellow bloggers, or whomever you choose - far and wide!
How will you know when a member of my group registers for the event?
A point person in your group needs to register your group above. This person is not committing to anything individually, they are simply registering your group. When they register the group, they will indicate what your group name is.
During ZNE ConvenZIoNE registration, group members need to mention your group BY NAME in the area of the registration form that says: "How did you hear about ConvenZioNE?"
Will you double check to ensure that everyone who registers as a member of our group really is a member of our group?
NO. We handle these registrations on an honor system and do not double check group affiliation. If someone registers and says they are in your group, we believe them.
When will our group receive our benefits?
Registration fee refund distribution will happen within one week of your group reaching the required number of registrants. Fees will be distributed evenly among your registered group members via the same method in which each group member paid. (IE, either a PayPal refund or a charge card refund.)
At the time that your group reaches registration number 10 and/or 20 - you will be notified that you have earned your free registration/s to be used toward any additional registrants.
Art Aprons for groups of 20 or more will be distributed during the event opening day luncheon.
What is the deadline for our group to register?
Your group members can continue to register up until such time as the event sells out or we close out registration (usually 5-7 days prior to the event).
What if less than five members of our group register?
You will not be penalized in any way if you register a group that does not end up meeting minimum registration requirements for benefits. However, you will not recieve a fee refund or any other benefits if you do not have a minimum of 5 members register for the event.
What if one of our group members receives a Mano Amica Scholarship to attend the event?
We're sorry. Mano Amica Scholarship recipients can not be counted toward your total number of group registrants.
